Schroeder Solutions is pleased to announce the promotion of Tyler Smith to Executive Vice President. In this role, he takes a significant step with the company and will focus on strategic leadership and initiatives to ensure the company’s profitability and growth.
Smith has been an integral part of the company since joining the organization in January of 2014 and has been critical to the growth and success of the logistics division. Most notably, he orchestrated the development, implementation, and subsequent evolution of Schroeder Solutions’ custom project tracking system, CURA. This platform has helped solidify partnerships with several large organizations because of its ability to allow their teams to manage projects with ease and transparency. Additionally, Tyler has created a transferable logistics process and streamlined the training of the logistics team to ensure seamless service to our logistics clients.
Having a background in “final mile” service has proven to be a competitive advantage for Smith. He is skilled at the art of troubleshooting and focused on solution-based techniques. He integrated the mantra “See It. Own It. Solve It.” into the culture of the logistics team and that mission is reflected in everything Tyler and his team do.
Beyond that, Tyler ushered in one of Schroeder Solutions’ largest clients and took over the management of several others. His hands-on approach and knack for building an excellent support team, have proven time and again to be a differentiator. Not only are these clients experiencing a high level of customer service, but they have also expanded their partnership with Schroeder Solutions.
Tyler has been engrained in the operations of the entire company from the beginning. Working closely with the Leadership team, he has helped the organization hone its processes and procedures. From coordinating the implementation of a company-wide ERP system, to being instrumental in the success of the labor division.
Smith believes in the synergies between the interiors, labor and logistics divisions of the company. He feels strongly that the three together build a robust platform that gives Schroeder Solutions a competitive advantage. By combining the power of a trusted nationwide network of warehouses with a talented team of designers, account managers, and project managers, they can deliver and install interiors projects of any size and scale across the nation.
