THE SOLUTION:

In 2019, Schroeder Solutions worked closely with Stephen Perry Smith Architects and Designer, Melinda Poull, to help Connoils LLC outfit their new headquarters in Big Bend, Wisconsin after their rapid expansion left them in great need of a larger space. The designer was brought in to select flooring, paint and finishes for architectural elements within the space and Schroeder had the task of matching the FF&E to the already established theme.

Our designer worked closely with Melinda and found a design stride where each party could shine and use their expertise to collaborate and produce a cohesive final product. The sophisticated design was complimented with small pops of terracotta, mustard and forest green that showcased the architectural details and gave the office a resimercial space that is comfortable and promotes an effective work environment. The open office area was equipped with Teknion Expansion Cityline desking and the private offices were Teknion Expansion Casegoods. In the end, Schroeder Solutions, Melinda, SPS & Connoils were ecstatic about the new office and Connoils now has the room they need to expand.
