Cailey Bates joined the Schroeder Solutions’ design team in 2017. She relocated from Cedar Rapids, Iowa where she received her interior design education and gained valuable experience working with another Teknion furniture dealer. Cailey enjoys creating fun, inviting and functional spaces for clients and looks forward to every new project. Her knowledge of the Teknion product line makes her a valuable resource for her clients. With Schroeder’s diverse portfolio of work, she feels each client presents an opportunity to learn, grow and explore unique design solutions that address their specific business needs and challenges.
“I am a bit of a music junky. I enjoy watching live music whenever I can! I like to travel and explore new places, which is what makes my move to Milwaukee so exciting. I am discovering all sorts of fun places and activities. I also enjoy camping, swimming, boating and reading.”
