Featured Projects : Briggs & Stratton Germantown Warehouse

THE SOLUTION:

Schroeder Solutions had the opportunity to bid for the new Briggs and Stratton Germantown Warehouse as well as in Auburn Alabama in 2018. The new facilities are comprised of a front office space with a large warehouse facility in the back, so SSI and Briggs agreed on an “industrial” design theme and it created a cohesive and unique space throughout both buildings.

Schroeder provided furniture for all private offices, break rooms, conference rooms and the open front office area. Pops of red were placed throughout the space to keep the branding of Briggs and Stratton and Iron Age desking was used in the private offices to cohesively reflect the theme with dark wood tones and raw steel finishes. The steel and metal finishes were carried into the break room as well as the conference room. Teknion Boulevard Panel system with height adjustable worksurfaces were implemented in the open office area to promote a healthy work environment. The result was largely successful for both SSI & Briggs, the project team commented that we “knocked (the project) out of the park”.
