“A room should start a conversation before people actually start exchanging words.” – Barry Dixon

And our ancillary specialist, Jamie Fink, can make that happen!

Schroeder Solutions is pleased to officially launch Jamie Fink into the role of Ancillary Specialist!

When you first meet Jamie Fink, you might feel a little star struck… after all she and her lovely family have been featured on HGTV’s “House Hunter’s”, she has over a thousand followers on Instagram and her gorgeous home has been photographed and written about in numerous magazines and online resources, including: Design SpongeApartment Therapy, Blinds.com and Family Circle (to name a few).  But then you’d get to chatting with her and realize, she’s one of the most down to earth, humble and inspiring women you’ve ever met.  With an uncanny knack of drawing out her client’s true vision for their space, Jamie flawlessly creates spaces that tell their owners stories.

Jamie’s talent in residential design has seamlessly flowed into the commercial interiors industry.

Her passion to tell stories through design has found an easy home in the commercial industry.  And with more and more companies realizing the effect that a well-designed space can have on their employees and culture, the ancillary specialist role is as critical as ever.

Jamie is committed to creating spaces that have a positive impact on the daily lives of her clients through her designs.  The following outlines just a few of the benefits of Ancillary Design:

Thoughtful – Utilizing furniture and accessories can encourage creative work. Paying attention to every detail of a space allows thoughtful design elements fostering a healthier work environment for employees.

Functional – Ancillary placement can help define a space visually and literally while complimenting existing furniture.

Comprehensive – Ancillary accessorizing is about layering. It begins with core selections (paint, lighting fixtures, flooring, etc.) and is followed by main furniture items along with accent furnishings (task lighting, greenery, artwork, etc.). Final accessories help a space transform to achieve the maximum impact and help personalize a room.

We have incorporated an integrated, consistent design approach across our portfolio. Working with you begins with a conversation; we listen to understand your unique workplace needs. Working collaboratively with you to develop the best product and accessory solution ensures your workplace goals are met every step of the way.  We would love to help you put the finishing touches on your space!  Contact us for more information.
