Sarah Raab Lerche joined Schroeder Solutions as the Director of Interior Design in June of 2015. With 30 years in the commercial design industry, Sarah has extensive experience designing with systems furniture for new installations as well as large-scale reconfigurations of existing product. She is well versed in space planning and design, interior finish selection and furniture specification for commercial spaces. Her expertise is supported by a strong technical background and knowledge of building and accessibility codes, construction details, project management and material resources. She gets great satisfaction in collaborating with the client, architect, contractor and related vendors to get the project completed successfully and exceed customer expectations.

Sarah is responsible for leading and managing large-scale projects at Schroeder Solutions, where she brings a broad understanding of interior design, a strong drive for customer service, exceptional organizational skills and a commitment to sustainable design practices. Her wealth of knowledge and experience enables her to look at interior environments in a unique way in order to create the best, most efficient use of space. She creates environments that meet client’s functional and aesthetic requirements while supporting their business goals.

Sarah graduated from Mount Mary University with a Double Major in Art & Interior Design. She is an NCIDQ Certified, Wisconsin Registered Interior Designer and a LEED Green Associate. Sarah is proficient in AutoCAD, 20-20 Cap Studio and Project Matrix design software packages.

“My hometown is Cedarburg, Wisconsin. My husband Paul and I have been happily married for 20 years and we have four children – Madeline (19), Samuel (18), and the twins Joseph and Olivia (14). In my free time I enjoy browsing and shopping at flea markets and vintage/antiques stores and visiting my favorite vacation spot in Door County.”
