MEET THE TEAM
Bob brings over 34 years of systems furniture installation and project management experience to the Schroeder Solutions Operations Team. He has worked for a number of local dealerships and is known for his customer service and quality installation. He has worked closely with many different furniture lines, such as Herman Miller, Steelcase, Kimball and Teknion to name a few. In addition, he has experience teaming up with general contractors and electrical contractors to successfully complete projects within the customer’s time frame.
Bob also has extensive experience in health care and hospital settings, including lab, pharmacy, critical care nurses’ stations installations, casework, mobile file units, moving of hospital equipment, and emergency room deliveries.
Bob provides a level of service that is above and beyond the norm. As a Project Manager, he is responsible for running (or maybe…overseeing, coordinating or managing) projects from start to finish. He provides the labor quote and works with the internal team to make sure the job gets scheduled on time. During installation, he provides effective leadership and follows through to ensure that all products are installed per the approved plan. If any issues arise, he communicates with the client and the internal team at Schroeder Solutions to rectify the situation.
